Extra stress on joints is a major known cause of osteoarthritis contributing to at least half of all cases of this painful condition. In my practice I focus on treating postural imbalances which reduces unnecessary stress throughout the body. This keeps the body supple and tissues healthy by increasing blood flow and hydration in the body.

Massage therapy can help a person stay connected to there body. Re-establishing this connection can be very grounding and therapeutic.

Balancing medical massage with relaxation massage

Many medical massage treatments are painful and unpleasant. I take a different approach that combines medical massage with relaxation massage so that my clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated after the sessions. This approach is more gentle yet effective in reducing and eliminating pain.
